We require either a Visa or MasterCard credit card number with expiry date, CVV number and billing address  as a secure deposit, in order to confirm a reservation. A deposit equal to the full stay will be charged to the card at time of making a reservation.

We have a 2-night minimum stay on all weekends, a 4 night minimum during August and at the New Year.

We have a 7 day cancellation policy, except during the festivals in August and at New Year, when we have a 14 day cancellation policy.

Notice of cancellation received less than the above will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's accommodation.

In the event of a no-show then the full amount of the stay will be charged.

Earliest check-in time is from 14.00 and latest by 22.00 (or by prior arrangement) and check-out is by 11am on day of departure.
An estimated arrival time is kindly requested for all reservations.

We welcome payment by cash and most major credit and debit cards.
